I am a highly qualified and passionate trainer with many years of experience in Marketing, Running a Business as well as various General Management and Training and Teaching roles - from pre-schoolers to astute businessmen and women up to the age of 65! :) I have degrees in Teaching and Training, Marketing as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Henley, in the UK. I have trained over 500 adults in my life with 400 call centre agents over the past 10 months alone and the rest business planning, marketing (including Tourism Associations and MLNM) sales skills.
